Cream nine

It seems hard to believe that Cream have been sending ripples through clubland for almost nine years*but the old saying goes 'that time flies when your having fun'!

Through the highs and lows of clubland Cream have set the precident for clubs across the world. They have had young pretenders nipping at their heels whilst new fangled trends have phased in and out. But Cream have always survived and always stayed one step ahead of the game, being the original that has stayed in touch with what clubbers want.

So on October 13th it will come as no surprise that they are pulling out all the stops for this magnificent birthday celebration - for they are 9! Returning to the residency that made him a legend the one and only PAUL OAKENFOLD will return to the hallowed Cream hot plates for a heart-rending piece of nostalgia. The Courtyard will come alive with the sounds of Oakey reliving the most notorious residency in the world.

Joining the diminutive DJ will be current Cream stalwarts SEB FONTAINE and YOUSEF who are still probably the best loved residents in the country. Seb maintains an electric atmosphere in the Main Room whilst Yousef has become a legend in his own right building a healthy following in the Annexe.

Also wandering into town will be the mighty JUDGE JULES, third Cream rezzie HERR TIMO MAAS, TALL PAUL, HERNAN CATTENENO, DAVE PICCIONI, LUIS PARIS (Paris & Sharpe) and PAUL BLEASDALE with percussion from the ever-present MAV.

This will be a birthday bash to cap what has been a magnificent year for Cream*The sun shone at Creamfields UK for what has been described as "the most successful event this year" with Creamfields Buenos Aires looking set to follow in its footsteps on November 10th. Ibiza has been a tumultuous year for the super brand*and this party will be a gathering of musical madness to celebrate the birth of the original 'superclub' that is Cream.
